On your organisation's infrastructure, exclusively. PP2P ORVANE runs peer-to-peer, with no central server: no business data transits through or is stored at PP2P TECHNOLOGIES or in any third-party cloud.
Yes. The internal collaborative network (messaging, files, kanban, directory) works on your local network, with no Internet connection. The Internet is only needed to link remote sites or to activate/renew the licence.
Installing a workstation is quick: each employee receives a signed package (MSI installer or ZIP archive) containing an invitation that automatically attaches their workstation to the organisation's network. Setting up the root node and the first workstations takes just a few minutes.
PP2P ORVANE is a sovereign alternative to cloud collaboration suites. It deploys alongside your existing tools. Automatic import of history from other platforms is not offered at this stage; deployment support (Premium option) makes the transition easier.
When a member of staff leaves, their certificate is revoked and their workstation is immediately excluded from the network (persistent and propagated killswitch mechanism). Access to internal exchanges and files is cut off.
On expiry, access to features is progressively restricted. Your data, hosted on your own infrastructure, remains in your possession. Renewing reactivates the licence; the durations of successive purchases accumulate.
PP2P ORVANE is compatible with Windows authentication mechanisms. Deeper Active Directory integration is on the roadmap; contact us for your specific requirements.
Yes: a free 90-day trial period (up to 15 workstations) is available from the very first launch, with no commitment.
Licences are offered in tiers: 15, 30, 50 and 100 workstations. Beyond 100 workstations, a quoted price is set according to the deployment.
Only authorised members of your organisation, according to the defined roles and rights. Neither PP2P TECHNOLOGIES, nor any host, nor any third-party cloud has access to your business data. Confidentiality is guaranteed by the architecture itself.
