PP2P ORVANE is a decentralized infrastructure. The business data processed within the software (messages, files, projects, internal directory of your organization) never transits through the servers of PP2P TECHNOLOGIES: it remains on your organization's infrastructure.
Consequently, for this data, PP2P TECHNOLOGIES is neither a data controller nor a processor within the meaning of the GDPR. Each customer organization remains the sole data controller for the data it manages in its own instance of the software.
This policy therefore concerns only the personal data that PP2P TECHNOLOGIES collects directly in the context of its website, its commercial portal and its customer relationship.

a) Contact form — name, organization, email address, telephone (optional), message. Purpose: to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: your consent.
b) License purchase / renewal — email address, organization name, billing data, installation identifier and technical fingerprint linked to the license. Purpose: to issue, deliver and manage your license, and to handle billing. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
c) Payment data — processed exclusively by our provider Stripe (see Article 5). PP2P TECHNOLOGIES neither collects nor retains your banking details.
The website collects no browsing data for advertising or profiling purposes.
Contact inquiries are retained for as long as necessary to handle the request, then archived or deleted (at most 3 years from the last contact).
Data related to licenses and billing is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and, for accounting documents, for the legal retention period (10 years).
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by the following technical processors, strictly to the extent necessary for the service:
Hosting is provided by Infomaniak in Switzerland, a country recognized by the European Commission as offering an adequate level of protection.
Stripe may process certain data outside the European Union; these transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French "Informatique et Libertés" Act, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data.

The website uses no tracking, advertising or audience-measurement cookies.
Only technical cookies strictly necessary for operation may be used (for example to secure the contact form). The payment page operated by Stripe may set cookies necessary for the security of the transaction.
PP2P TECHNOLOGIES implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data: encryption of communications (TLS/HTTPS), cryptographic signatures of licenses, and access restriction.
